The renowned attorney in the suit filed Wednesday night, alleged that “massive election fraud” impacted tens of thousands of votes in Georgia -- enough to sway the state in favor of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Powell in the 104-page filing, alleges in part

Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia. Especially egregious conduct arose in Forsyth, Paulding, Cherokee, Hall, and Barrow County. This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and “rigged” the election in Georgia for Joe Biden.

Biden beat President Trump by 12,670 votes, or 0.25%, according to results that were certified by the State of Georgia on Friday. But the lawsuit argues there is no adequate remedy under the law and seeks to have the state’s results of both the 2020 presidential and congressional elections set aside.

The also lawsuit alleges election software and hardware produced by Dominion Voting Systems Corp., is where the “massive fraud begins,” stating the design and features of the system’s software do not allow for a simple audit of misallocation, redistribution and deletion of votes. Georgia purchased Dominion voting machines and software in July 2019.

Powell makes similar allegations in Michigan, noting an “especially egregious range of conduct in Wayne County and the City of Detroit, though this conduct occurred throughout the State at the direction of Michigan state election officials.” She also traces the fraud to “software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems Corporation,” which she said derives from software created by “Smartmatic Corporation, which became Sequoia in the United States.”

The popular attorney --  who also defended Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, pardoned by President Trump on Wednesday --  alleges, citing expert testimony, that there are enough ballots affected, for the courts to set aside the results of the 2020 election in Georgia and Michigan.
