[Update]  Andrew Tate's Ex-Bodyguard Says He's Only Had To Kick Women Out Of The Internet Star's Romanian House, Not Force Them To Stay, Contradicting Prosecutors' Claim

Bogdan Stancu, former police intelligence officer, and bodyguard of Andrew Tate, explained in a recent interview that contrary to claims by the former kickboxer's detractors and Romanian prosecutors, the Tate brothers on several occasions, have had to kick women out of their properties. The brothers are under investigation for rape, sex trafficking and organized crime, allegations they vehemently deny.

Stancu said he has on several occasions been asked to physically remove women from the Tate house for being "too drunk" or "making problems."

"I never doubt Andrew," he said, when asked about his assessment of Tate.

Stancu also revealed that Tate believed "somebody wanted to hurt him." Asked whether the outspoken internet sensation is paranoid, the security chief said, "I would not say 'paranoid' but something similar maybe. He wanted to have a normal life and couldn't -- maybe it's normal to be a little bit more paranoid."

He said that while travelling abroad, they're always ready for the social media star to change his itinerary at the drop of a hat, flying to different destinations at a moment's notice. "[The security team] stayed inside the hotel with the baggage locked and without changing our clothes," he said, "because we knew anything could happen."

Commenting on the women who have been to the Tates' Romanian house, Stancu who doesn't believe the allegations against his former boss, said that the women who spent time with the social media star, loved him, and their expenses were paid for by the former kickboxing champion. "Some of the girls misunderstood the reality and believed [they would] be his next wife," the security chief said. "When they realized the reality, it's easy to transform from a friend into an enemy, and make a statement to the police."

The former bodyguard also confirmed that the Tate brothers have several children of their own, living in Romania.

Investigators, on Saturday, removed Tate's fleet of luxury cars from his Romanian compound, even as two of the women named as victims in the investigation, have recently publicly denied any mistreatment by the brothers.

Speaking to Romania's Antena 1 TV channel, one of the women -- identified as Beatrice -- said she had been "good friends" with the Tate brothers for two years and had "Tate Girl" tattooed on her arm "out of respect for them."

The other woman -- Jasmin -- said she had never seen Tate or his brother Tristan be "aggressive or rude."

Recounting the December 29th police raid on the Tates' house in Romania, Beatrice said, "They broke the door down. [The women] screamed... But the police didn't see that the key to the bedroom was lying on the bed."

[Update]  Romanian Court Of Appeal Dismisses Challenge To Pre-trial Detention Of Andrew Tate And Brother Tristan

A Bucharest Court of Appeals(CAB) on Tuesday, dismissed the appeal against 30-day pre-trial detention of brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate, as well as Georgiana Naghel and former policewoman, Alexandra Radu.

Following police raid of the Tates' house in Romania on December 29, 2022, a judge of rights and freedoms at the Bucharest Tribunal on December 30,  granted DIICOT prosecutors' request to detain Andrew, Tristan, Radu and Naghel for 30 days, on the suspicion that they formed an organized criminal group.

The defendants through their lawyers, challenged the "preventive arrest" before the Court of Appeal, which will decide definitively whether to accept prosecutors' proposal to keep the four in pre-trial detention as they try to gather evidence, or whether the defendants will be released.

Lawyers tried to persuade the court to release the defendants from custody, pointing out that the Tate brothers have small children in Romania. After six hours of proceedings, the defendants were escorted out of the court by law enforcement officers to the police van, which took them directly to the Central Police Station.

The court decided in favor of the prosecutors, and "rejects as unfounded the appeals ” filed by the four defendants and "obliges the defendants to pay the amount of 500 lei [$109] , each, as judicial expenses to the state .”

"I'm very disappointed," Tates' brothers' lawyer Eugene Vidineac reportedly said reacting to the verdict. "The measure seems excessive.”

[Update] Alleged Andrew Tate Victims Say Allegations Are 'Lies;' As Lawyer Says Prosecutors Have Not Shared Any Evidence Against The Tate Brothers

Two women from the 6 alleged victims in the case against the Tate brothers spoke out recently denying that they were ever victims. Speaking to a Romanian TV station, the women explained that they already told police that the brothers are "like family" to them and the allegations are "untrue" and "unfair." They say the case is "built on lies."

Tate brothers' lawyer Eugen Vidineac, also told Romanian news website Gandu that prosecutors have not shared any pertinent evidence to back up their allegations against the Tate brothers. He said the defense had not been given the opportunity to study the prosecution file for the case.

“I will point this out from the beginning, that even up to the present moment, the criminal investigation file has not been made available to us to ensure the effective defence of our clients," Vidineac said. "...In this sense, I would like to point out, at least from this point of view, I am also somehow amazed, there is not a single piece of evidence apart from the victim’s statement that leads to the idea that a crime of rape was committed.”

He said there were no other prior victims since the police first searched the Tates' house back in April 2022. And that the allegations filed by prosecutors include comments made by some of the six so-called victims to some psychologists. They did not go to the authorities.

The lawyer also explained that the Tate brothers' social media antics are not exactly their real life personalities. “This is a matter supported by my clients, which I personally believe, they made me believe – the difference between character and person," Vidineac said. “We live in a reality of 2023 in which various people promote themselves, as characters, on social media, promoting an image, a product, an idea.”

He continued, “Maybe yes, a person creates a reprehensible, immoral image on social media, and I, as an ordinary citizen, could say: Sir, leave me alone, because I saw X or Y post on TikTok or, I know, on Instagram, I changed my mind, I made an absolutely bad opinion. And I can have the maximum disappointment in my own belief that, meeting the person in reality, I see that he is a person of more quality, with stable, solid moral principles.

“Now, in the case of the Tate brothers, I don’t know what their intention was on social media to promote themselves, but I’m left wondering: could this intention on social media stand as evidence in a criminal prosecution case?” Vidineac concluded.

He said the Tate brothers are not married but have children in Romania, will also appeal against the seizure of some of their belongings.

Tate and his brother Tristan are headed to court January 10, to appeal their 30-day detention by Romanian authorities, according to Vidineac. They will also appeal against the seizure of some of their belongings.

Tate was reportedly rushed to the hospital over the weekend after a medical examination.

[Update] Ukrainian Refugee Living At Andrew Tate's Home During Police Raid, Defends The Brothers

A 22-year-old Ukrainian refugee is the latest among the women who have come out in support of Andrew and Tristan. Lisa, who lives in Tate's house along with his personal assistant and two female Romanian TikTok personalities, has now come out and denied allegations that any of them were involved in pornographic videos.

"Everything the police have said is not true, I know them [Tate brothers] and they could not do this," she reportedly said. "The girls who live here do not have to do anything. They are good girls."

Lisa, who worked in marketing for a Ukrainian estate agency, met the Tate brothers around three years ago at a party in Kyiv. She has been residing in a $360,000 house in a gated community called American Village for a month after escaping the war. But was then invited by the brothers to stay in their property.

The 22-year-old was in disbelief at the allegations against the Tate brothers and believes there is no solid proof against them. "They have so much money," Lisa said. "They cannot make so much money from video [sex] chats."

She also explained that "Andrew acts like that, in a bad way on the videos, for show. He is not like that in real life."

[Update]  Andrew & Tristan Tate Challenge Judge's 30-day Detention Ruling, As Romanian Prosecutors Face Criticisms Over Fishing For Evidence To Silence The Popular Brothers

A Bucharest judge granted prosecutors' request Friday, to hold Andrew Tate and brother Tristan in detention for 30 days, apparently while they fish for evidence to support government's case against the brothers.

The trial lasted several hours, and an additional warrants were issued for the arrest of two women including a retired police officer.

The Tates' lawyers have already announced the brothers are challenging the Judge's ruling. A new court hearing is likely in the next couple of days.

Critics argue that Romanian prosecutors are under pressure from western left-wing organizations and globalists who are wary of the Tate brothers' massive influence and want them silenced. The tiny east European nation has been in the limelight since the brothers made it their home.

The brothers were arrested in a police raid Thursday. Tate tweeted earlier on Friday: "The Matrix has sent their agents." He also retweeted Tesla CEO Elon Musk's meme which reads: "WHAT if I TOLD YOU... THE ONLY WAY TO ESCAPE THE MATRIX IS TO UNLEARN EVERYTHING YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND REBUILD YOUR ENTIRE BELIEF SYSTEM BASED ON CRITICAL THOUGHT AND ANALYSIS."

British-American internet personality and entrepreneur Andrew Tate 36, and his brother Tristan 34, were arrested earlier Thursday, after police raided their home in Pipera, Romania.

A press release by authorities reads in part: "On 29.12.2022, prosecutors of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) – Central Structure together with police officers from the Bucharest Organized Crime Brigade have implemented 5 home search warrants in a case where research is carried out in respect of the commission of offenses of setting up an organized criminal group, trafficking in human beings and rape. In this case, it was noted that, at the beginning of 2021, 4 suspects ( two British citizens and two Romanian citizens ) constituted a criminal group"

Apparently some women alleged they were forced to do prostitution by a group linked in some way to Tate.

Spokesperson to the brothers said in a statement: "We cannot provide any details at the moment regarding alleged reports that they have been detained; however, Andrew and Tristan Tate have the utmost respect for the Romanian authorities and will always assist and help in any way they can."

Tate has been outspoken against left-wing globalist policies and cultural decay in the west. He's also opposed to the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war, calling out western leaders for working to prolong the war.

The former kickboxing champion had in one interview recounted an incident that took place at his Romanian home. A girl partying at the house was caught by her American boyfriend via an Instagram post. The girl who can be seen in a security camera footage moving freely in and out of the house, alleged she was forced to be there by Tristan.

Tate, who trolled climate change alarmist Greta Thunberg this week on Twitter, had lamented in interviews that powerful globalists(the Matrix as he calls it) in the west have been trying to damage him financially, jail and even kill him because of his massive inspirational influence over "young men of fighting age."

Observers say Tate is among the few people 'canceled' by Big Tech who went on to become even more influential and popular on social media platforms.

Tate was born to an American father, late renowned chess grandmaster and military veteran Emory Tate, and a British mother.
