On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, a 13-year-old juvenile female of Southeast, DC, and a 15-year-old juvenile female of Fort Washington, MD, were arrested and charged with Felony Murder and Armed Carjacking(Taser) of 66 year-old Mohammad Anwar in Washington D.C.

A footage circulating online of the incident shows the 66 year-old struggling with the teenage girls as they tasered him and tried to drive off in his car. One of the girls in the front seat moved toward the driver’s side and accelerated the car, while Anwar was hanging on. The car crashed within seconds, overturning and sending him flying violently into a wall.

Anwar, a Pakistani immigrant and Uber Eats driver died on the scene.

The footage shows several National Guard members who appeared bewildered, run to help the teenage carjackers as they climbed out of the overturned car. One of the teenagers walked nonchalantly by the deceased's body and was more concerned about her "Iphone" which was in the vehicle they just crashed.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch at approximately 4:31 pm on Tuesday March 23, 2021, members of the First District responded to the listed location for the report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, members located an adult male suffering from life-threatening injuries. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. After all life-saving efforts failed, the victim was pronounced dead.

Detectives’ investigation on the scene revealed that the suspects assaulted the victim with a taser during the carjacking.

Crime rates in the city of Washington D.C. and other Democrat-controlled cities are on the rise as police morale are at an all time low because of the anti-police far left policies and sentiments prevalent in those cities.

The tragic incident happened in the middle of the day even as National Guard members and armed police are camped all over D.C. at the request of Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, ostensibly to guard against some imagined "white supremacist insurrection."
