Former president and current 2024 GOP presidential frontrunner, Donald Trump was indicted on Tuesday with state charges in Fulton County, Georgia, along with 18 other defendants including former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeff Clark, John Eastman, and others.

Fulton County's far-left District Attorney Fani Willis gave Trump and the 18 other defendants until Aug. 25 to surrender, and said she would like a trial to take place within six months.

The 13-count charge includes violating the Georgia RICO Act -- the Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations Act; Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree; Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings; Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree;  Filing False Documents; and Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer.

Responding on social media to the indictment, Trump wrote: "The only Election Interference that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, was done by those that Rigged and Stole the Election, not by me, who simply complained that the Election was Rigged and Stolen. We have Massive and Conclusive Proof, if the Grand Jury would like to see it. Unfortunately, the publicity seeking D.A. isn’t interested in Justice, or this evidence. Also, as in Manhattan, the corrupt DOJ is pushing hard trying to keep Biden in Office. The whole system is dishonest and broken!"

Trump, has now been indicted four times this year, in what critics condemn as a legal witch hunt against the former president by President Joe Biden and other left-wing officials even as he leads in the polls for the Republican nomination for president.

"The scope of the alleged conspiracy is massive," respected law constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley wrote on social media. "Indeed, every call, speech, and tweet appears a criminal step in the conspiracy. District Attorney Fani Willis appears to have elected to charge everything and everyone and let God sort them out."
