Roe v. Wade: Armed California Leftist Arrested Near Justice Kavanaugh's Home; Says He's "Angry" Over Abortion Case; Wants To Kill The Justice

Keneci Channel

United States Supreme Court justices have faced threats to their lives since the leak of the court's draft opinion in a consequential abortion case.

Far-left activists have been rioting near the homes of 6 of the 9 justices of the court, threatening violence and mayhem if the court overturns its 49-year-old Roe V. Wade decision which forces states to allow unchecked elective abortion and partial-birth abortion. Left-wing Democrat politicians including senate majority leader Chuck Schumer(D-New York) have explicitly threatened Justice Kavanaugh with violence in the past, warning the justice in a speech that he will "pay the price" for the court's decisions that Democrats don't like.

In the latest incident, a California man Nicholas John Roske, 26, who was angry about the leaked draft opinion, was reportedly arrested Wednesday, near Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s Maryland home. He was found to be carrying guns and burglary tools, according to the reports.

The 26-year-old from Simi Valley, California, reportedly confessed to police that he wanted to kill Kavanaugh, apparently to prevent the court from overturning Roe v. Wade. The pro-abortion leftist did not however make it on to the justice's property in Montgomery County, but was stopped on a nearby street.

Nicholas is charged with attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice:

According to police, two U.S. Deputy Marshals spotted Roske get out of a cab in front of Kavanaugh’s home at approximately 1:05 a.m. He looked at the marshals and then walked down the street. Not long after, Montgomery County Police got a call from Roske saying he was suicidal and came to kill Kavanaugh. Officers were dispatched and arrested Roske around 1:50 am, without incident while he was still on the phone with 911.

In his suitcase and backpack, the suspect had a Glock 17 with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, a tactical knife, a hammer, a screwdriver, a crowbar, zip ties, and duct tape, along with other gear.

The investigation which is ongoing, is being handled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI.
