Tiane Miller, 49, (Australian man who identifies as a woman) proposed to have sex with a mother in front of her nine-year-old daughter. Unknown to the transgender degenerate when he sent the pedophilic messages on the app Chatiw in October 2021, he was actually speaking to child exploitation unit detectives.
Prosecutors reportedly told Downing Center District court that the western Sydney transgender pedophile, suggested to the officer posing as 39-year-old mother in the text messages, that her daughter could join in and "get naked too."
Miller wrote: "Maybe you and I get naughty in front of her (the child) and then head to the bedroom. Tell her if she wants to be in the room to get naked too."
The 49-year-old was arrested at Liverpool train station on October 19 where he arranged to meet the pair. He was carrying lingerie that would fit the child, the court heard.
Three months earlier, Miller had tried to organize a meet-up with someone he believed was a 14-year-old girl, in explicit messages sent in July 2021. "As I'm transgender, I have boobs and a cock," he wrote, sending a picture of his chest and penis.
He offered to pick the girl, known as 41, up from a train station. "We could do plenty of fun things naked and you could still be a virgin... you could try sucking it," he texted.
When '41' asked what they could do, he texted "kiss and touch you down there, make you horny and wet and touch your nipples" and told her that she needed to keep it a secret.
The messages continued for 20 days with Miller asking the underage girl to skip school so they could meet up.
Police raided his house a month later on August 14 and seized his iPhone and laptop. He was arrested and then granted bail at Fairfield Court on August 15.
The court heard that Miller also messaged a third underage girl and asked if he could visit her house while her mother was at work. He pleaded guilty to using carriage service: to procure person less than 16 years for sexual activity, to send indecent material to person less than 16, and to groom person less than 16.
The court heard that Miller was on methamphetamine when the offense occurred and had been on a mental health disability pension since 2001.
He told the court he was remorseful, wanted to be a productive member of society and had been over-exposed to taboo themes online.
Judge Mark Marian was not having it. He said Miller had "depraved" intent and expressed doubt at his remorse considering he continued to engage in pedophilic escapades while on bail.
Miller was jailed for five years and six months and will be eligible for parole on July 16, 2024.
