'It Was Just Like She Just Wanted To Do It,' Married Woman Had Sex With Boy, 13.

Keneci Channel.

Jurors at Reading Court England heard the case of a wife Leah Cordice who is on trial on five counts of having sexual activity with a child. Three of the counts were said to have taken place while she was aged 17 and two while she was 18-years-old.

"This case concerns the defendant having a sexual relationship with a child," Prosecutor Grace Ong said. Cordice then 17, went to the boy's house drunk, in January 2017 and pulled his trousers down while he was playing computer games.

Grace Ong told the jury, "The boy said that he and Ms Cordice started having sexual intercourse when he was 13-years-old. The defendant, Ms Cordice, was drunk, she went around to his address, she went into his bedroom and at first, they talked normally and he continued playing on his Xbox and watching YouTube."

"Ms Cordice then sat on his bed and started to hug him and kiss him and it carried on," the Prosecutot continued.

Grace Ong then read part of the boy's statement in police interviews. "He said, 'I could not really say no. She would have kept asking and asking me to have sex'. Afterwards, he felt that it was a bit weird and that she did not say anything to him afterwards."

Cordice carried on having unprotected sex, with the boy when she got married to her long-term partner. They had sex on a regular basis, roughly twice a month, until the start of 2018.

They had sex right through the woman’s pregnancy and continued after she gave birth to her daughter. She kept the relationship secret from her husband.

The Jury of seven men and five women heard that when she got pregnant, Cordice showed the boy an app on her phone which suggested the date she had conceived was the first time they had had sex.

The boy who is the complainant in the case told police about when Cordice's husband found out.

In a video shown to the Jury, the boy told police, "Her boyfriend found out. He did not really say anything. He got angry at first. He started shouting at me. Then he did not really say anything to me. She spoke about him to me sometimes, just how he had been annoying her, accusing her of stuff."

The boy told prosecutors later in an interview "you are supposed to have sex and, like, love each other. It was just like she just wanted to do it. Now I feel like she did not really care about me."

Prosecutor Ong said, "Matters only came to the attention of the local authority, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, in the course of family proceedings in relation to Ms Cordice's child. DNA testing revealed that her child is the complainant's biological daughter."

The husband believed the baby was his before the DNA test.

Cordice was arrested at her home in Windsor, Berkshire on July 9, 2018. She was later interviewed under caution.

In a prepared statement, defendant Leah Cordice said, "I deny any sexual contact with the complainant. He has always had a crush on me and would always make inappropriate remarks and do inappropriate things such as grab me and annoy me. We did not have sexual contact."

And contrary to the DNA evidence, she insisted: "The complainant is not the father of my child."

The case is still in court.
