Amid Transgender Outrage, PM Johnson Comes Out Against Men In Women Sports

As debate heats up in the west, over LGBTQ agenda and indoctrination of minors in schools, conservative parents and women's rights groups in Europe and America are up in arms against men participating in women sports.

In Britain, Women and girls are reportedly dropping out of recreational sport because they are being pressured to compete against men who claim to be women. And Prime Minister Boris Johnson is facing stiff resistance and accusations of flip-flopping from members of his Conservative Party in parliament, over a decision to allow the practice of conversion therapy to continue for trans men and women, despite bowing to the LGBTQ lobby and agreeing to outlaw it for homosexual people.

It's amid this accusations of flip-flopping against the prime minister, that he made his latest candid comments.

"I don't think that it's reasonable for kids to be deemed so-called Gillick-competent to take decisions about their gender or irreversible treatments that they may have," Johnson said during a visit to a hospital in Welwyn Garden City Wednesday. "I think there should be parental involvement at the very least."

The PM added: "I don't think that biological men should be competing in female sporting events."

Addressing the proposed legislation, he said: "We will have a ban on gay conversion therapy, which to me is utterly abhorrent. But there are complexities and sensitivities when you move from the area of sexuality to the question of gender. There, I'm afraid, there are things that I think still need to be worked out."

Recent controversies surrounding men playing in women's sports have galvanized a lot of parents and women's rights advocates against the transgender agenda pushed by woke left-wing activists, institutions and corporations.

Cyclist Emily Bridges who won medals at university level racing as a man before transitioning -- recently announced she will start competing in female events.

University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas, another biological male recently won the 500-yard freestyle at the women's NCAA Championships in Atlanta, Georgia.

In reaction, activists are now pushing for parental rights laws in many states in America, like the recently passed anti-grooming law in Florida, the Parental Rights in Education law. Such laws they argue, are necessary to stop the indoctrination of school kids in LGBTQ propaganda.

Parents blame LGBTQ propaganda in schools for the increase in the number of minors who identify as members of 'LGBTQ,' leading them into glamorizing and seeking damaging gender conversion treatments.

Meanwhile another debate is ongoing over whether the left supports grooming of children by pedophiles because of their opposition to anti-grooming and parents rights laws.

Conservatives argue that common sense laws aimed at protecting children from exposure to sexual content in schools, should not be controversial.

Leftists on the hand, strangely argue that such laws are indirectly aimed against LGBTQ individuals who they say, are apparently prevented from sharing their sexual fantasies with children.

As one Gab user said: "make it make sense."

The battle lines have apparently been drawn: anti-grooming Right versus pro-grooming left? Parents should have the final say, obviously.
