Gorilla Glue Gone Wrong On Hair: TikToker Goes To Hospital After Using Glue

Keneci Channel

Louisiana woman, Tessica Brown posted a viral video on TikTok last Wednesday, explaining her "bad, bad, bad idea" and nightmare situation. She claims her hair hasn't moved in "about a month now" after using Gorilla Glue's spray adhesive on her hair, in lieu of her regular product. She says she's washed her hair 15 times and that it won't budge.

The TikToker posted a follow-up video where she applies what appears to be a shampoo illustrating that her hair doesn't move.

A TikTok account claiming to be Gorilla Glue allegedly commented on her post, suggesting solutions like rubbing alcohol and a blow dryer. But over on Twitter, where Gorilla Glue is trending, the company denied it was them and urged, "please do not follow their direction."

On Saturday, Brown posted an update. She posted two photos on Instagram -- one of herself sprawled out on a hospital bed and another of the emergency room entrance to St. Bernard Parish Hospital, in Chalmette, Louisiana.

Brown's original TikTok video currently has over 19 million views, while the follow-up video has more than 6 milion views.

Even as thousands of distressed viewers sent her well wishes and suggestions, some trolls were not helpful, offering all types of hilarious and sometimes nasty tips. It's the internet after all.
