Hip hop rapper Eminem without warning, released a new album on Friday. In a tweet(06:05 UTC, Jan 17, 2020), he announced the 20-track album "Music To Be Murdered By."

"It’s your funeral... #MusicToBeMurderedBy Out Now.."

In the voice of President Donald Trump, some of the tracks are so "woke" your head would spin. The music video for one of the tracks "Darkness" shows the video footage of news broadcasts of recent mass shootings in the United States. It ends with a political message that reads “When will this end? When enough people care,...Register to vote at vote.gov. Make your voice heard and help change gun laws in America.”

It is a line in another track "Unaccomodating" that triggered some fans of American singer Ariana Grande. In the track, Eminem raps 'But I'm contemplating yelling "bombs away" on the game, like I'm outside of an Ariana Grande concert waiting.' He is referencing the 2017 terror attack at an Ariana Grande concert which killed 22 people.

Reactions were swift. Dan Hett, a brother to one of the victims of the attack called Eminem "Ricky Gervais in a baseball cap." He also said the verse is in poor taste.

Here are some of the reactions on twitter.

@sweeterheavens: "eminem literally just made a joke about the manchester bombing at ariana grande’s concert... that is just so fucking sick, y’all better not give this man any attention. people literally lost their lives, and you’re going to release music and try to make a profit off of them?"

@TheMoeSamir: "Eminem has dissed the following women: • Mariah Carey • Miley Cyrus • Madonna • Jennifer Lopez • Lady Gaga • Christina Aguilera • Britney Spears • Ariana Grande • Kardashians Eminem has always been a sexist bastard. Let's not listen to this fucking idiot anymore pls?"

Some Eminem fans however beg to disagree.

@_StephIsHere: "People mad about Eminem mentioning Ariana Grande and the bombing clearly haven't seen or heard Darkness yet. #darkness ."

@trdflacko: "Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift stans on Twitter really out here trying to cancel Eminem lmaoooooooooooo #EminemIsOverParty "

The "Music To Be Murdered By" album features among other collaborators, Ed Sheeran, Skylar Grey, Anderson .Paak and the late Juice WRLD.
