Billy Eichner, Media Meltdown After Woke Movie 'Bros' Bombs At Box Office

The movie which is another in a line of boring and degenerate Hollywood romantic comedy projects, flopped at the Box Office over the weekend, grossing only $4.8 million. Billed as the first such movie from a major studio, Bros co-stars Luke Macfarlane, and depicts his and Billy Eichner's up-and-down homosexual relationship.

Bros is hardly the first movie to receive glowing reviews from woke critics but not resonate with audiences. Universal poured considerable resources into the movie, spending upwards of $40 million on promotions alone, in addition to its $22 million budget. Stars like Seth Rogen and Mariah Carey urged viewers to see it.

Apparently Hollywood and Eichner want to browbeat us into watching and liking their objectively disgusting movies.

Eichner 44, took to Twitter Sunday night to whine and berate people for not watching his awful movie. "Rolling Stone already has BROS on the list of the best comedies of the 21st century," he wrote.

The woke actor, who is known for his vile social media rants against conservatives and Christians, lamented: "Even with glowing reviews, great Rotten Tomatoes scores, an A CinemaScore etc, straight people, especially in certain parts of the country, just didn’t show up for Bros. And that’s disappointing but it is what it is."

Eichner also blamed 'homophobia.'

"Everyone who ISN’T a homophobic weirdo should go see BROS tonight!," he declared. "You will have a blast! And it *is* special and uniquely powerful to see this particular story on a big screen, esp for queer folks who don’t get this opportunity often. I love this movie so much. GO BROS!!!"

Many online including some homosexual critics who said they didn't watch the movie, slammed Eichner for his dumb and ridiculous assessment of why Bros flopped. The actor was roundly mocked on social media Monday.

"The trailer alone had enough sjw woke trash to turn me off from this movie, permanently," one Twitter user wrote. "Watch Birdcage and learn how to make a film based around a niche demographic."

Another wrote: "I'm a gay Conservative and you specifically told me not to see your movie... so I'm just doing what you asked. Maybe if you weren't so petty and hateful to Republicans your movie wouldn't flop."
