FUCK NBC: Dave Chappelle Fires Back At Woke Critics Of His Netflix Special

The comedian was at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles Thursday, for a screening of his Untitled: Dave Chappelle Documentary, a 118-minute film directed by American Factory Oscar winners Steve Bognar and Julia Reichert that offers an inside look at last year’s comic “Summer Camp” series he put on last year in Ohio.

The star-studded Thursday night event featured appearances by Snoop Dogg, Nas, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Stevie Wonder, Lizzo, Jeff Ross, and Jon Hamm.

“If this is what being canceled is like, I love it,” Chappelle said in response to a standing ovation by the crowd, which also included Brad Pitt, Tiffany Haddish, Donnell Rawlings and others.

“Fuck Twitter. Fuck NBC News, ABC News, all these stupid ass networks," the 48-year-old later added. "I’m not talking to them. I’m talking to you. This is real life.”

Chappelle was referring to the woke mob-driven outrage over by his Netflix special The Closer, in which he declared, “Gender is a fact,” adding, “Every human being in this room, every human being on earth, had to pass through the legs of a woman to be on earth. That is a fact.”

Despite a no-phones policy at the Thursday event, a leaked video circulating online, shows Steve Wonder offering brief remarks during which he commented on comedy and cancel culture.

“What we need to cancel is hate," Wonder said. "What we need to cancel is fear because we have to have love, and we should never cancel that. I want us to cancel the idea of feeling that we don’t want anyone to laugh because if we don’t laugh, we cry. And I don’t believe that was God’s intention — ever.”
