President Joe Biden's administration reportedly plans to distribute grant money and kits targeted toward so-called underserved communities such as African-Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons” as part of the left-wing Democrat president's 'racial equity' agenda.

The program will fund the distribution of kits containing crack pipes among other items. The Department of Justice is reportedly open to permitting “safe injection sites,” where drug users can use heroin and other deadly drugs in an environment meant to 'protect' individuals from overdoses.

Reports of the plan drew swift criticism from conservatives. 'Biden Crack Pipes' trended on social media.

"End government-funded crack pipes," Senator Marsha Blackburn(R-Tennessee) wrote on Twitter.

African-American Republican commentator Rob Smith noted: "America went from Trump to Biden, and from [oil & gas] pipelines to crack pipes," referencing Biden's executive order shutting down construction of the Keystone pipelines approved by former president, Donald Trump.

"Biden crime policy: Crack pipes for all," conservative Republican senator Ted Cruz(R-Texas) wrote. "What could go wrong?"

On Fox News Tuesday, conservative host Tucker Carlson in a hilariously biting monologue ripped into the crack pipe policy.

"You may recall that on his first day in office more than a year ago, the new president explained that equity will require determination and creativity," Carlson said. "This week he proved that is true. Joe Biden’s latest idea is to pay black people to smoke more crack.”

The Fox News firebrand sarcastically noted that the kits to be distributed by the administration "will contain Joe Biden-approved pipes that will allow beneficiaries of the equity agenda to smoke crack cocaine as well as crystal meth. Some say it’s about time.”

Carlson joked about “[far-left billionaire George] Soros-aligned NGOs” who “have long complained that marginalized groups in this country don’t have adequate access to illegal narcotics or the tools to use them.”

“With this new program, Joe Biden will finally close the crack gap,” the Fox News host said.

With a picture of president Biden's son Hunter on the screen, Carlson joked: “Here is the president’s son, for example, smoking crack in bed at the Four Seasons. You will notice the beautifully designed custom crack pipe, its cooling bowl nestled in the high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.”

As outrage over the crack pipe plan intensified online, Biden administration officials sought to backtrack and 'put a spin' on it.

Health and Human Services department in a statement called the report “blatant misinformation,” arguing that the grant program was “designed to help Americans who are struggling with substance use stay healthy and safe, prevent overdose death, and find pathways into evidence-based treatments.” The department did not however specifically deny the specifics of the reporting which was first put out by Free Beacon.

During a press briefing Wednesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed that crack pipes would not be part of the kits. “They were never part of the kit. It was inaccurate reporting and we wanted to put out information to make that clear,” she said.

Psaki claimed the kits may contain things like “alcohol swabs, lip balm” and other items that promote hygiene and possibly lower the chances of spreading diseases like HIV and Hepatitis. Psaki said the kits are focused on “harm reduction.”
