SpaceX Launches Cargo Resupply Mission To The Space Station, For NASA: CRS-27 Mission

SpaceX launched its robotic Dragon spacecraft atop Falcon 9 rocket, from Florida's Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 0030 UTC on March 15. The cargo capsule docked with the International Space Station, ISS, at 1131 UTC on March 16, about 20 minutes ahead of schedule.

In the 27th contracted commercial resupply service(CRS-27) mission for NASA, SpaceX delivered to the space station, nearly 6,300 pounds of supplies including: vehicle hardware, spacewalk equipment, more than 60 different scientific experiments and some treats for the crew aboard the orbiting lab.

The rocket company which holds another contract to fly astronauts to the space station for NASA, recently launched the sixth operational crewed mission under that deal.
