LIV Golf: "Let's Go Brandon" Chant Breaks Out As Trump, Tucker, MTG Smile At Fans At The Tournament In Bedminster

Trump National Golf Club Bedminster hosted a stop over the weekend, on the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Invitational Series in Bedminster, New Jersey., where twelve teams and 48 golfers competed for three days vying for the top prize of $4 million.

Henrik Stenson won the tournament. "A spectacular finish to the week here at Bedminster," LIV Golf CEO and commissioner Greg Norman tweeted at the conclusion of the 3-day event which started July 29. " Congratulations to @LIVGolfInv Bedminster Champion @henrikstenson on a phenomenal debut and to the two-time-in-a-row winning team @FourAcesGC @DJohnsonPGA @PReedGolf Pat Perez @TalorGooch. Aces high! #LIVGolf"

Former United States president Donald Trump attended the event, flanked by his family and friends including Don Jr., Eric, Lara, Kimberly Guilfoyle, popular congresswoman Marjorie 'MTG' Taylor Greene(R-GA) and Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

At one point during the event, fans broke into the “Let’s Go Brandon!” chant, a "fuck Joe Biden"  meme popular among Americans unhappy with President Joe Biden's failing policies. Trump, Carlson and MTG can be seen in a viral video smiling during the chant.

The footage of the "Let's Go Brandon!" chant triggered online woke mob who have already been protesting the tournament in recent weeks.

The Professional Golfers Association of America had suspended 17 golfers early in June after they chose to compete in the inaugural LIV Golf event in London. Among those suspended were Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson, himself a frequent golf partner of Trump.

Left-wing media activists have been calling for boycott of the event in protest of Saudi Arabia over human rights concerns in the Arab kingdom.

Some family members of victims of 9/11 had also urged Trump to back out of the event. “The evidence, Mr. Trump, is more clear than ever,” they wrote. “The Saudi nation is largely responsible for the death of our loved ones and for this horrific attack on Americans. And you know it. We ask for the opportunity to have some of our family members visit with you in the coming days to discuss our concerns in person with you and urge you to cease further business with the regime that was complicit in the murder of our loved ones.”

Critics however point out the blatant hypocrisy on the activists' part. China has been atrociously oppressing its muslim Uyghurs population and treats blacks as second-class animals. Yet sports teams like the NBA, NFL and their stars including LeBron James do business with the totalitarian regime. In fact, James who makes hundreds of millions in the country, had gone to the extent of slamming people who criticized the Chinese fascist regime, even as he smears America as a racist country. Woke media activists are apparently not interested?

Trump in a post on Truth Social, predicts an eventual merger of LIV and PGA. “All of those golfers that remain ‘loyal’ to the very disloyal PGA, in all of its different forms, will pay a big price when the inevitable MERGER with LIV comes, and you get nothing but a big ‘thank you’ from PGA officials who are making Millions of Dollars a year," he wrote. "If you don’t take the money now, you will get nothing after the merger takes place, and only say how smart the original signees were.”

The next LIV Golf tournament will take place at The International golf club near Boston, before concluding at Rich Harvest Farms in Illinois on September 18.
