CNN LIED: Joe Rogan, Dr. Sanjay Gupta Discuss Corona-vaccine, Ivermectin Coverage By The Far-left Outlet

The comedian grilled CNN medical correspondent Sanjay Gupta on his podcast Joe Rogan Experience  Wednesday, regarding the efficacy of the coronavirus vaccine, and the far-left network's coverage of the use of ivermectin in the treatment of coronavirus infection.

CNN falsely claimed that Rogan took 'horse dewormer,' after the comedian announced last month that he contracted the virus and treated it with ivermectin and other drugs.

"They're lying at your network about people taking human drugs versus drugs for veterinary," Rogan told the CNN correspondent.

"Calling it a ‘horse dewormer’ is not the most flattering thing, I get that," Gupta conceded.

"It's a lie," Rogan pushed back. "It's a lie on a news network … and it's a lie that they're conscious of. It's not a mistake. They're unfavorably framing it as veterinary medicine."

The doctor tried to pivot, pointing to a snarky statement put out by the Food and Drugs Administratio FDA saying "you are not a horse. You are not a cow," aimed at discouraging people from using ivermectin.

"Why would you say that when you are talking about a drug that has been given out to billions and billions of people?" Rogan asked. "A drug that one of the inventors won a Nobel Prize in 2015. I can afford people medicine motherfucker. It's ridiculous! It's just a lie! Don't you think that a lie like that is dangerous on a news network when you know that they know they're lying?… Do you think that that's a problem that your news network lies?"

Gupta admitted that CNN hosts lied. "They shouldn't have said that," he admitted. "If you got a human pill, because there were people taking the veterinarian medication, and you are not obviously you got it from the doctor. It shouldn't have been called that."

Rogan also raised the issue of credibility and trust in the news media.

"My point is you're working for a news organization," the comedian If they're lying about a comedian taking horse medication, what are they telling us about Russia? What are they telling us about Syria? Do you understand that that's why people get concerned about the veracity of the news?" Rogan pressed Gupta before the CNN correspondent, again, conceded he did not take a horse dewormer.

Earlier in their discussion Rogan also asked the doctor about the veracity of the rationale behind vaccinating children against coronavirus. The comedian had famously advocated against giving the vaccine to the young and healthy.

The podcaster asked Gupta repeatedly why there is a push to vaccinate kids when he admits that kids are “far less likely to get sick” and less likely to be hospitalized.

“Why is that okay to have that feeling if you’ve been vaccinated and not have that feeling if you’re unvaccinated?” Rogan asked. “If you are not concerned about a breakthrough infection because you feel like your immune system is strong enough to handle it, why is that not okay for someone who is especially a young person. Let’s think of it like a young male who’s 18-19-years-old who is in this risk of myocarditis versus, you know, COVID, getting the vaccine shot. Why wouldn’t it be okay for that person to make that choice?”

Gupta apparently on a mission to convince the comedian to support the medical establishment narrative and get the vaccine shot, replied: “I mean the problem is that they could become infected even if they don’t get sick and be a spreader.”

Rogan pointed out that the vaccinated doctor himself could also spread the virus. Gupta conceded the point, but claimed that it's “less likely” to happen.

At one point Rogan facetiously joked that the the vaccinated should probably contract coronavirus to strengthen their immunity.

"I think it would be better to get the vaccine and recover and have amazing immunity ... you know what I think you should do?" the comedian joked. "I think you should get vaccinated and then get sick ... the vaccine protects you from a bad infection and you get COVID so you get robust immunity ... get vaccinated, let it wane and hang around with a bunch of dirty people."

During the over 3-hour podcast, the two also discussed a study the podcaster found claiming that “young boys face a higher risk of myocarditis from the vaccine than they do from getting COVID.”
