Jesse Watters' Joke About Confronting Fauci Triggers Far-left Talking Heads

Far-left online mob and media talking heads who praise thugs for harassing conservatives at public and private places, are apparently outraged at a joke made by the Fox News host Monday, during a speech at Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Watters World host joked that "the kill shot with an ambush" would be a viral video of someone confronting Dr. Anthony Fauci with his lies throughout the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

The president's chief medical adviser was caught lying about United States funding of so-called gain of function research at the Chinese laboratory in Wuhan, the suspected origin of the coronavirus that has killed millions worldwide. He denied that the agency he's part of -- National Institute of Health -- funded the research. NIH later put out a statement admitting it funded the research.

Fauci has also been accused of changing his positions and making policy recommendations that are not based on sound scientific data. Critics accuse him of fearmongering throughout the pandemic, while ignoring any scientific data that contradicts his left-wing narrative.

Watters said that if someone made a video confronting Fauci with those lies, "....Imagine Tucker Carlson teases out of the A block - 'Coming up: Brave college student confronts lord Fauci at dinner. Exclusive footage, right back," he joked, mimicking fellow Fox News host Carlson.

Responding to the joke on far-left media outlet CNN Tuesday, Fauci called for Watters' firing.

"That’s awful that he said that," the president's chief medical adviser said. "And he’s going to go very likely unaccountable. I mean, whatever network he’s on is not going to do anything for him. I mean, that’s crazy. The guy should be fired on the spot."
