The Fox News host recently released a Tucker Carlson Originals series, Hungary vs Soros: The Fight for Civilization, exploring the global and subversive schemes funded by far-left billionaire George Soros, a Hungarian-born American and currency trader. The series examines the competing visions of Hungary's conservative Prime Minister Viktor Orban and the 91-year-old billionaire.

Soros' Open Society Foundation have been accused of funding all sorts of subversive causes and socialist candidates in many western nations. The Foundation allegedly funds and promotes mass illegal migration across the borders of many western nations. The group was forced to close its offices in Hungary after the nation passed a law criminalizing such subversive activities.

The billionaire bankrolled the election of far-left district attorneys, in many crime-ridden Democrat-run cities in the United States. These attorneys have been accused of failing to prosecute serious criminals, instead of releasing them back in the streets.

Many conservative politicians and commentators like Carlson have raised concerns over the destabilizing effects of Soros' schemes in many western cities. But criticisms of the billionaire is often disingenuously labeled anti-semitic by leftists and left-wing groups.

Reacting on Fox News Thursday, to criticisms of the series, Carlson noted: “Soros is one of the most powerful political figures in the United States. Soros has more influence over the way Americans live their lives than all the voters in your average congressional district combined.”

The Fox News host said many Americans are not aware of what Soros' schemes. “News organizations that attempt to report honestly on George Soros find themselves bombarded by Soros’ lawyers and allies threatening legal action and smear campaigns," Carlson said. "Ask around.”

Carlson also said in part

most news organizations are intimidated by this, and you can see why they are. Anyone who dares to criticize George Soros is denounced as a bigot. They claim that disagreeing with an atheist billionaire is an act of prejudice. It’s hate! George Soros may be one of the most richest and most influential men in the world. But he would like you to know that he’s also an oppressed victim of your unauthorized opinions. Just like if you’re not for going to war in Ukraine, you’re a tool of Putin! Please.

We see this routine a lot. In fact, every day. Soros’ allies are doing it us right now at maximum volume in response to our documentary on Haiti [sic] We expected that. And we don’t care. You have a right to know exactly what George Soros is doing to this country and to other countries around the world. And we think we’ve got an obligation to tell you. So we’re going to continue to.
