Rumble Announces Rumble Studio Launch, Barstool Sports Partnership

The video streaming and cloud services provider (NASDAQ: RUM) on Tuesday, launched its new livestreaming tool, Rumble Studio, now available to all users across Web, iOS, and Android. The announcement comes a day after the company announced a partnership with Barstool Sports bringing all the podcasts produced by the Dave Portnoy-owned company to the video platform.

With Rumble Studio, content creators can easily livestream video simultaneously to multiple platforms, invite guests, and engage with their audience.

Creators can stream to Locals, YouTube, Twitch, X, Facebook, Kick and other platforms. In addition, users can access powerful video enhancement tools and integration across the Rumble ecosystem.

Rumble Chairman and CEO, Chris Pavlovski also announced an upcoming Studio feature for advertising on live streams.

“Rumble Studio not only offers live-streaming to all platforms at no cost to the creator but revolutionizes live-streaming monetization," Pavlovski said. "With its one-of-a-kind features, I’ve never been more personally excited about a single product. Imagine a world with live advertiser bidding, where creators fully endorse and tell their audiences to buy your product, all automated and in real-time. That’s what Rumble Studio will do.”

The CEO said in posted on X: "Rumble filed its first patent with respect to the Studio. I believe this patent will change the way advertising will be done for live-streaming. We will introduce a new term to the market of ad buying, Cost Per Live Viewer (CPLV). This tech should be in beta by end of Q1."

Rumble Studio has been in beta testing for months by some users including prominent content creators on the platform.

"After a period in beta, we’re excited to take this next step towards offering a best-in-class live-streaming experience," said Axel Ericsson, VP of Rumble Studio.

Shares of the company jumped Tuesday following the announcement of Rumble Studio. The stock was up 15% at $5.63 in morning trading. Shares have gained over 40% in the last five days and are up 25% since the start of the year. The shares also gained sharply Monday, after the Barstool Sports partnership announcement.
